Auste Adelborg

Ms. Adelborg was appointed Secretary of Scorpio Tankers (the “Company”) in January 2023 and also held the role of Secretary at Eneti Inc. during 2023, up until its acquisition by Cadeler. After several years of experience in the maritime industry, she joined Scorpio group of companies in 2018. She has since been working within the Scorpio’s legal department, focusing on implementation and development of Know Your Counterparty and sanctions compliance procedures for the Company. She has also been involved in assisting the previous corporate secretarial team with various matters, including securities administration and public filings. Ms. Adelborg is a member of International Compliance Association since 2019. She has particular interest in corporate governance and business compliance and has completed several courses and qualifications in relation to these matters. Ms. Auste Adelborg has also been representing the Company in Maritime Anti-Corruption Network since 2020.
